The course can be taken in a year and six years maximum in classroom-based learning or online modes. The program has 44 credits in each mode. As part of the requirements, applicants should have a degree related to health care with a cGPA of 2.75 or equivalent. If the student has a lower cGPA, it is still possible to qualify as long as the student has five years of work experience in health care.

In addition, international students should be able to prove their English fluency by submitting an English certificate such as TOEFL, PTE and CPE.
