Fast forward to 2018, another merger happened between Stenden University of Applied Sciences and NHL University of Applied Sciences. This latest development formed the present NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. NHL Stenden offers several programs across its campuses in the Netherlands: Leeuwarden, Emmen, Meppel, Groningen, and Terschelling.
