Huntingdon College was founded in 1854 to provide liberal arts education guided by its motto Enter to grow in wisdom, go forth to apply wisdom in service.” The school has 21 NCAA-Division III intercollegiate teams in sports such as golf, lacrosse, sand volleyball, and softball, just to name a few. It was originally established in Tuskegee, Alabama but was moved to Montgomery in the same state. Aside from academic programs, various student services for extracurricular activities or post-graduation counseling are offered such as career placement assessments, quality technology, and special programs. The mission of the school is to establish the core values of faith, wisdom, and service to its student population.
