The DMU International Scholarship Program for Postgraduate Taught Degrees is one of the program components of the general International Scholarship Award program of De Montfort University. This scholarship grant aims to provide financial support to international students with commendable academic performance to pursue higher studies at De Montfort University.

This De Montfort University scholarship grant is open to incoming international students with an offer for a postgraduate taught degree program, either master’s or doctoral degrees, with the financial capacity to fulfill their dues as international students. Obligated dues include the condition of fulfilling the £4,000 tuition fee deposit or paying at least 50% of the gross tuition fee. Interested applicants should also meet the minimum admission requirements of their postgraduate taught degree of choice to be considered for this scholarship.

Moreover, the DMU Sustainability Scholarship is one of the programs of De Montfort University to address university strategic plans tackling poverty, hunger, clean energy, and health.

This scholarship grant at De Montfort University is given to international students with great potential to lead the change in tackling sustainability challenges in their home countries. Applicants should demonstrate competent academic performance in undergraduate studies and preferably a graduate from a development degree. Applicants with engagements to any initiative or program relating to any sustainable development goals are given merit on the selection process. 3. Health and Life Sciences Postgraduate Alumni Scholarship

The Health and Life Sciences Postgraduate Alumni Scholarship is among the postgraduate alumni scholarships De Montfort University offers to international students graduating from an undergraduate degree in the university and wishing to advance their studies further through a postgraduate taught degree. DMU Alumni international students holding an offer to a postgraduate taught degree in selected health and life sciences programs are qualified to avail of the scholarship grant.

Interested alumni applicants with an offer to a selected postgraduate taught degree may apply for the scholarship. Applicants who achieved at least a 2:1 grade average in their undergraduate studies will receive a discount of 30 percent. At the same time, all remaining students who are offered a place on a DMU course will be eligible for a discount of 20 percent.
