The Chevening Scholarship is an initiative by the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. 2. Academic Excellence Scholarship

    • must be an incoming international student at Bournemouth University
    • must have graduated from their bachelor’s degree with a 2:1 or higher (or equivalent)

The Academic Excellence Scholarship is funded by Bournemouth University. It is catered to first-time international students enrolling in any postgraduate degree. It celebrates academic achievements by awarding partial tuition-fee waivers to academically-gifted students.

There is no separate application for the Academic Excellence Scholarship. You will automatically be considered for the scholarship once you submit your requirements for admission. The number of scholarships to be given out is limitless, so you are guaranteed to get the scholarship as long you fit the eligibility criteria. The admissions team will be reviewing your materials to see if you’re qualified for the scholarship—if you are, the tuition fee reduction will be applied in your offer letter automatically.
