The University of Art and Design in Cluj-Napoca is an art university in Romania. It is constituted of two faculties, the faculty of fine arts and the faculty of decorative arts and design. UAD was initially called the Fine Arts School of Cluj and changed its name to the Academy of Visual Arts Ioan Andreescu up until 2000, when it officially became the university it is currently. The school offers programs at both undergraduate and graduate programs.
