Originally named Tianshui Junior Teacher’s College, Tianshui Normal University was established in 1959 in the ancient Chinese city of Tianshui. It was renamed and gained its university status in 2000. At present, the university offers over 50 academic programs to more than 16,000 domestic and international students.
