Thonburi University: Rankings

Thonburi University was established in 1998 in memory of the great Thai educationist and founder of Mubankru Technological College, Ajarn Supachai Yamchuti. The college, which is on the same street as Thonburi University, was established to provide vocational training at a diploma level, and was the first step in Yamchuti’s dream to offer degree programs that would equip students with knowledge and skills for life. Even though he passed away before he could see his dream come true, the university serves as a memorial to his contribution. Previously called Thonburi College of Technology and renamed to its current title in 2007, Thonburi University offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs.
