Established on the shoulders of Osmaniye Vocational School (OMYO), Osmaniye Korkut Ata University (OKU) was founded in 1976 through a law passed by the Turkish Government. This paves the way for students seeking undergraduate and graduate education in the fields of Arts, Architecture, Economics, Sciences, and more.
OKU’s mission is to instill values in its students so that they may contribute to the environment and society in a fruitful manner. These values include being quality and people-oriented. The university envisions itself as a learning ground open to students from all over the world.
