Odesa State Environmental University: Rankings
Odesa State Environmental University is a public university in Odesa, Ukraine. It was founded in 1932 as the Kharkiv Institute of Hydrometeorological Engineering. It was renamed the Odesa Hydrometeorological Institute in 1944. Since its inception, the university has graduated over 30,000 specialists, engineers, and researchers, as well as 200 personnel officers who serve in Ukraine’s Armed Forces.
