Northwest Minzu University is a public institution in Lanzhou, China. It used to be known as the Northwest University for Nationalities until 2016. Two campuses comprise the university: Northwest Xincun and Yuzhong. It is considered the first university for minority groups after the People’s Republic of China was established.
