North Asia University was founded in 1964 as Akita Keizai University. Its name was changed to its current version in 2007. The school only has two faculties for Economics and Law. Top-notch facilities are present that let students excel, such as an auditorium, museum, anniversary hall, and multiple laboratories. Student clubs and circles for music, drawing, and athletics also exist for students.
