The National Higher School of Hydraulics is a public higher education institution located in Blida, a city in northern Algeria. It was established in 1972 as the Institute of Hydrotechnics and Improvements and became the National Higher School of Hydraulics in 2008. The school is under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It is composed of four faculties offering a variety of programs. It is also home to the Faculty of Research and Innovation, which aims to help advance hydraulic engineering in the country.
