Established in 1969, the Kazan State Institute of Culture plays an active role in the development of arts, culture, education, and more for many years. It started as a branch of the Leningrad Institute of Culture and only operated independently 5 years after. The university offers education at 6 levels, including Undergraduate and Graduate school. Regular international interactions are conducted through academic mobility programs, diplomatic missions, and the training of foreign professionals.
