East Ukrainian National University is a public university in Luhansk, Ukraine. It was founded in 1920 and was named after the Russian polyglot Vladimir Dal. Since September 2014, the institution has been divided into two:Â one in Luhansk and another in Sievierodonetsk. The university was evacuated from Luhansk to Sievierodonetsk due to the Russo-Ukrainian War.
