The Cleveland Institute of Music (CIM) is a private music conservatory in Cleveland, Ohio. It was founded in 1820 by Ernest Bloch, one of the greatest Swiss composers in history. CIM is one of seven independent music conservatories in the United States, and one of only three that are solely dedicated to classical music.
