50 Best Value Historically Black Colleges and Universities For International Students

The term Historically Black Colleges and Universities or HBCUs emerged in 1965 to represent the institutions that have played a vital role in advancing diversity and inclusion in America’s higher education landscape. Currently, there are more than 100 HBCUs in the United States, each strongly committed to continuing to fight against racial discrimination and social injustice.

At Study Abroad Aide, we strive to help international students of all nationalities, cultures, and backgrounds pursue their academic dreams. In recognition of the vital role HBCUs play, we’d like to further celebrate their achievements. To that end, we’ve identified the HBCUs from our World Best Value University Rankings 2024 for International Students and created a dedicated ranking showcasing the top 50.
