The Technological University of Tijuana, or Universidad Tecnológica de Tijuana (UTT), is a public university in Tijuana, Mexico. It was founded in 1998 and is a member of Mexico’s Subsystem of Technological Universities. It was established to provide skill-based education for engineers in the region. The university offers bilingual education at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
