The State University of Tocantins (UNITINS) is a public university in Palmas, Brazil. It was established in 1990 and is officially recognized by Brazil’s Ministry of Education. The university provides undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs in a variety of fields of study. In 2015, the institution surpassed UFT in the state of Tocantins in terms of Bar Examination performance (holder of the title for consecutive years).
