Qiannan Normal College for Nationalities was founded in 2000 and became the first undergraduate-level normal college for nationalities. It was the first university to grant a bachelor’s degree in Guizhou Province, and in 2007, the institution passed the Chinese Ministry of Education’s undergraduate education evaluation. In 2011, it became the first institution in the province to grant Master of Education degrees. The college is located in a very beautiful and pristine environment and houses first-class teaching and research facilities. It’s well-known for welcoming students from various ethnic minority groups in different Chinese provinces.
